I founded Metamorphosis Performing Arts Studio in 2010 as a place for the performing arts, mental health and interpersonal development to intersect. Beyond the craft itself, there are so many additional benefits to studying and performing the arts, such as building self esteem, problem solving skills, stress management, and gaining emotional insight. We are never too young or too old to get something out of it!

- Public speaking*
*Acting, audition prep and public speaking can be scheduled as needed.
Voice and Piano lessons are on a weekly schedule.
Voice and Beginner Piano Lessons Details:
- 40 minute lessons
- Once per week
- $150/month flat rate (no make-ups or rescheduling) Individual lessons are $35, but lessons are purchased on a monthly basis.
- Recitals & performance opportunities
- Technique, ear training, music theory, musicality & performance skills.
- Mind-body-spirit wholistic approach, including mindfulness and movement work based on Alexander/Klein Technique and Tadashi Suzuki trainings.
- Best suited for students wanting long-term lessons (minimum one year).
